All our products are 100% digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are immediately available — no waiting, no delays.

How to Access Your Files

After your payment is successfully processed, you can access your digital files in two ways:

  1. Order Confirmation Page: You will be redirected to a confirmation page immediately after checkout. Click the "Download Files" button next to each item to download instantly.
  2. Your Account Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders". Every digital purchase will have a permanent download link available at any time.
  3. Email Confirmation: A receipt email is sent to your registered email address for your records.

Re-downloading Your Files

Purchased files are permanently stored in your account. You can re-download them at any time by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. There is no expiry on your access.

License & Usage

All purchases include a personal use license. You may use the files for:

  • Personal crafting and hobby projects
  • Small-batch commercial use (check individual product listings for commercial licensing details)

  • Reselling finished physical goods made using our templates

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the raw digital files themselves.

Common Questions

I completed my purchase but can't find my download link.

Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click the Download button next to your item. If you still can't access it, contact us and we'll assist you right away.

Can I open the SVG in Cricut Design Space?

Yes! Unzip the downloaded file, then in Cricut Design Space choose Upload → Browse → select the .svg file. The design will import ready to cut.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final unless there is a technical issue with the file. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
